Targeted Reiki Session

A targeted 30-minute Reiki session for one specific area of physical pain or emotional tension. Sudden injuries from an accident or lingering pain in areas respond well here.

Whether something feels sore, tight, inflamed or recently feeling a major yuck, this session offers direct and intentional support, quick. It is meant for those times when your body needs attention now, to help prevent further escalation of the injury or when urgent attention is needed but medical appointments are not always available.

This is one of the most powerful sessions to watch unfold in real time. I have seen pain ease within minutes after a fresh injury and in almost all cases, little to no sign of that injury the following day. No bruise is a bonus. Reiki can help support things like a finger slammed in car door, helping alleviate pain within minutes. Distance Reiki can be especially crucial here. It bridges the distance gap between us immediately and allows the healing to happen directly after injury.

Some situations benefit from immediate support and then follow-up sessions over the next few days, which is why discounted bundle packs are available to help continue the healing process.

Deep Focus Reiki Session

This is a focused energy healing session for a general or even specific area of pain, emotional tension or energetic block. While working on the physical area itself, we also explore the chakra imbalances and emotional layers that may be contributing to the discomfort. Things get rad.

This session blends intuitive Reiki with chakra alignment to bring relief while gently supporting the deeper energetic root of the issue. We work the areas you feel the issue but also, we address the energy body associated with the concern. Kinda like when you have a headache from tight back muscles. Transfers happen in wild ways. This session is ideal when you know where something is hurting but want to better understand why, so healing can begin at the source. Messages and insights that I share and also ones that come through you, are known to take place during this healing.

Deep Focus Reiki can be especially supportive for stress-related pain, emotional holding, past trauma or recurring energetic patterns that feel difficult to release. Bad memories or difficult times ahead can be transformed into understanding and love n light. When helping guide the energy to your areas of discomfort, sometimes this causes more discomfort before bringing relief. It’s a “stay with me and trust it will pass” type of thing. Changes can happen immediately; however, they differ immensely between each person. Energy releases in different ways, as well. A lot of sensation and movement, some and none, are all normal and potentials in Reiki healing.

When a consultation is included, I create a personalized printed guide for you to read before your session. This may include intuitive insight, reflections from our discussion and supportive tools or energy practices tailored to your specific needs. Trust me, clients LOVE these.

Full Chakra Reiki Session

This spacious 90-minute session moves through all seven chakras to clear stagnant energy, restore natural flow and support deeper healing throughout the body, mind and spirit. Hoping to have time to move through all the chakras is always just that, a hope. It’s a doozy guys!

Each session is intuitively guided by your energy and unfolds in its own rhythm. Some sessions feel gentle, layered and deeply restorative. Others bring quick waves of clarity, movement and release that may not be too comfortable. Because each chakra can hold something different, this work allows space for deeper attention where it is needed most. Crying, passing gas, intense emotional charges and so much more can happen during this healing session. Your body is basically fair game to the magic of Reiki work.

Grounding and expansive at the same time, this session is especially supportive during emotional overwhelm, major life transitions, energetic heaviness or seasons of inner awakening. When you can feel that there is something more. Something you need to figure out or are feeling deeply. Big things can shift and change here. Again, like my other Reiki offerings, after we have a consultation and/or you fill out the questionnaire, I provide a detailed and specialized printout for you. Relief Package

The Relief Package is a bundle of 6 Targeted Reiki sessions for $135 *$22.50 each

This package is created for situations where one specific area keeps calling for healing, whether that is recurring physical discomfort or emotional tension. If you have an old injury that flares up now and then, a place in the body that tends to hold pain or inflammation or a recurring emotional weight that keeps showing up, this bundle offers a focused path for repeated care and deeper support.

Or, if you find yourself with random pain or injuries often and don’t have space for doctor visits or pills.

The Relief Package allows Reiki to return to you, again and again, helping to ease tension, support the body’s natural healing process and gently shift what may be lingering beneath the surface.

This package is ideal for those who want a simple, affordable way to keep targeted reiki available for your needs.

Wellness Package

The Wellness Package is a bundle of 6 “Deep Focus” Reiki sessions for $280 *$46.67/session


Designed to help regulate multiple chakras, ease stress and support emotional clarity over time. For deeper issues that may not make sense on the surface, this work helps shift what you may not know needs shifting, while also allowing healing the time it needs. It can bring up past trauma you didn’t know you needed to work through or you may have stubborn blocks. The bundle allows you more space when you know you’ll need it.

Healing Path Package

Healing Path Package is a bundle of 6 “Full Chakra” Reiki sessions for $600 *$100/session


Designed to be a powerful deep-dive into your energy system. This series will create space for long-term release, clarity and energetic harmony all through the year.
