Targeted Reiki
This is a short, direct session for acute or chronic physical pain. We work with laser-focused energy to support tissue, nerve or joint recovery without diving too deep into emotional or energetic layers. Did you just get cut, broken bone or a bruise you don’t want to appear? Just a few examples of what Reki can help with.
This session is like a quick triage of what hurts. Whether it’s a sore knee, a tight jaw, or a moment where everything feels too heavy. Sometimes, when doctors are too busy or pills don’t work, Reiki can meet you exactly where you are and now.

When one spot keeps calling for healing. This bundle focuses on specific pain or emotional tension, ideal for recurring physical discomfort or a stuck energetic pattern.
This is a focused energy healing session for a general or specific area of pain, emotional tension or energetic block.
We don’t just work on the physical site, we also explore the underlying chakra imbalances and emotional layers that may be contributing to the discomfort. There may be multiple.
This session blends intuitive Reiki with chakra alignment, offering relief while gently addressing the energetic root of the issue. It’s ideal when you know where it hurts, but want to understand why, so you can then start to shift it at the source.
Supportive for stress-related pain, emotional holding, past trauma or recurring energetic patterns.
When a consultation is included or requested, I create a personalized printed guide before your session. This includes intuitive insight, reflections on what we discussed and potential supportive tools or energy practices tailored to your specific needs.

Deep Focus Reiki
A total system alignment for deep energetic renewal.
In this spacious and intuitive session, we move through all seven chakras. Clearing stagnant energy, restoring flow and supporting your body’s natural ability to heal itself.
Each experience is uniquely guided by your energy. Sometimes the work is deep and gentle, requiring presence and time. Other times, shifts come in waves. Quick, clear and profound. Each chakra may require different levels of work.
This session is grounding and expansive. It’s especially supportive during past life traumas, life transitions, emotional overwhelm, moments when you feel off-center or even when you're quietly sensing that there’s more to life than what you’ve been living or believing this whole time. It can be big work.

Full Chakra Reiki
I have a gentle space on the lake, with a Reiki table surrounded by healing trees and beautiful driftwood. Crystals, essential oils and Oracle cards bring safety and strength to each session.
If you prefer, I do offer all of my healing sessions in the comfort of your own space at an extra cost, depending on distance.

I’m currently offering in-person Reiki healing to clients in Spokane, Medical Lake, Cheney, Airway Heights, Nine Mile Falls, Post Falls, Coeur d’Alene Liberty Lake and all surrounding areas.
Remote Reiki is something I deeply respect, and I plan to offer it soon. At this time, I’m continuing to strengthen my energetic channel so that when I do offer distance healing, it’s just as clear, grounded, and powerful as the work I do in person.
