Targeted Reiki
A focused 30-minute Reiki session for one specific area of physical, emotional or energetic tension.
Whether something feels sore, tight, inflamed, emotionally heavy or simply off, this session offers intentional support without committing to a longer appointment. If you have a cut you want healed, a bruise you don’t want to appear, when a doctor’s visit is too far away or you just don’t want to mask the issue, Reiki helps bring exactly what you need, to the area that needs it most.
This one is so fun to see work in real time. I have held support for an injury that just occurred on a leg and there was no pain within minutes and no sign of injury the following day. Similarly, a client needed help when they slammed their finger in a car door and with the help of Reiki, we were able to ease all pain. Some injuries need a session straight away and then again, the next couple of days. In cases like these, I created discounted bundle packs to help facilitate the healing process fully.
This is a focused energy healing session for a general or specific area of pain, emotional tension or energetic block. While working on the physical area itself, we also explore the chakra imbalances and emotional layers that may be contributing to the discomfort.
This session blends intuitive Reiki with chakra alignment to bring relief while gently supporting the deeper energetic root of the issue. It is ideal when you know where something is showing up, but want to better understand why, so healing can begin at the source.
Deep Focus Reiki can be especially supportive for stress-related pain, emotional holding, past trauma or recurring energetic patterns that feel difficult to release.
When a consultation is included, I create a personalized printed guide for you to read before your session. This may include intuitive insight, reflections from our discussion and supportive tools or energy practices tailored to your specific needs.
This spacious 90-minute session moves through all seven chakras to clear stagnant energy, restore natural flow, and support deeper healing throughout the body, mind, and spirit.
Each session is intuitively guided by your energy and unfolds in its own rhythm. Some sessions feel gentle, layered, and deeply restorative. Others bring quick waves of clarity, movement, and release. Because each chakra can hold something different, this work allows space for deeper attention where it is needed most.
Grounding and expansive at the same time, this session is especially supportive during emotional overwhelm, major life transitions, energetic heaviness, or seasons of inner awakening when you can feel that something more is asking to be seen, healed, or remembered.

Designed to help regulate multiple chakras, ease stress and support emotional clarity over time. For deeper issues that may not make sense on the surface, this work helps shift what you may not know needs shifting, allowing healing the time it needs.

If you prefer, I do offer all of my healing sessions in the comfort of your own space at an extra cost, depending on distance.

I’m currently offering in-person Reiki healing to clients in Spokane, Medical Lake, Cheney, Airway Heights, Nine Mile Falls, Post Falls, Coeur d’Alene Liberty Lake and all surrounding areas.
Remote Reiki is something I deeply respect, and I plan to offer it soon. At this time, I’m continuing to strengthen my energetic channel so that when I do offer distance healing, it’s just as clear, grounded, and powerful as the work I do in person.
