This spacious 90-minute session moves through all seven chakras to clear stagnant energy, restore natural flow and support deeper healing throughout the body, mind and spirit. Hoping to have time to move through all the chakras is always just that, a hope. It’s a doozy guys!
Each session is intuitively guided by your energy and unfolds in its own rhythm. Some sessions feel gentle, layered and deeply restorative. Others bring quick waves of clarity, movement and release that may not be too comfortable. Because each chakra can hold something different, this work allows space for deeper attention where it is needed most. Crying, passing gas, intense emotional charges and so much more can happen during this healing session. Your body is basically fair game to the magic of Reiki work.
Grounding and expansive at the same time, this session is especially supportive during emotional overwhelm, major life transitions, energetic heaviness or seasons of inner awakening. When you can feel that there is something more. Something you need to figure out or are feeling deeply. Big things can shift and change here. Again, like my other Reiki offerings, after we have a consultation and/or you fill out the questionnaire, I provide a detailed and specialized printout for you.
